You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange. Exchanges are free, including exchange delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging.
- Items that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing their original tags are not eligible for exchange.
To arrange an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size or item you would like instead.
